Wiltshire Bluebell Tour 2024

Monday 29th April - Wednesday 1st May 2024.

One of the most spectacular natural sights in the British landscape are the dense carpets of Bluebells forming in late spring. Found underneath a freshly sprouting leaf canopy, usually in ancient woodland, these swathes of blue are at their best in late April and early May, before they lose their leaves and then die back in the summer.

This is a unique opportunity to explore a variety of Wiltshire woodland with one of the UK's top landscape photographers, in a small group with a maximum of 4 people.

Wiltshire has rightly become a mecca for those seeking woodland filled with a blue haze and strong scent, but it is not just the major woodland that attracts the photographer. There are many smaller woods, much less visited that still have immense potential for the dedicated photographer, and on this tour, there will be an opportunity to visit these more off the beaten track locations.

Jeremy has been shooting not only the woodlands of Wiltshire for over thirty years but also the rolling downland, laced with history and heritage. Although the main thrust of the tour will be to photograph the Bluebells, we will, after early morning shoots and a hearty breakfast, have time to explore and photograph other locations, such as Avebury stone circle and the mystic Silbury Hill, before returning for sunset shoots amongst the trees and carpets of blue.
